Stage Door Dish is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant!

It takes a village, right? Well the same goes for Stage Door Dish. What was originally intended to be a very small side-project has grown exponentially and with the growth comes the need for qualified staff members. And right now what we need most of all is a savvy, sharp and smart administrative assistant who will help us manage day to day operations including contacting agencies, coordinating meetings, transcribing interview tape for print and working with various projects that benefit our readership.

If you were ever curious about what really goes on at Stage Door Dish, or if you’re hoping to build your administrative and organizational skills, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will be Internet savvy, have a rich understanding and deep appreciation for the theatre and Broadway community, enjoy problem-solving and working within a team. Additionally someone with strong grammar skills and meticulous typing skills is preferred. (When we say we need every word of a 30 minute interview transcribed, we really do mean all 30-minutes word by word!)
